Tenants are responsible for Electric and water/sewer (which come as one charge). The units are submetered so the Landlord gets discounted group pricing on electric/water service for the building and then bill's each tenant based on usage (individual meters installed in each unit). Yes, there are certain income qualifications that must be met and they vary by the rent amount required for the rental. We do not accept county vouchers or section 8. Typically you will need to have a minimum combined tenant income of 35% of the rent amount to qualify.
No, our parking is FREE for residents and guests. Permits will be issued to insure that our tenants get parking right next to the building and do not have to walk far to their front door.
Trails Edge has been converted from previously constructed office buildings to apartments and have been all brought up to modern building safety codes. Smoke detectors, Fire Suppression sprinklers and alarms are all part of this conversion. Additionally, we have a state of the art Video Security Camera system on the exterior of the building and the interior common areas (hallways and stairwells).
We offer 12 month leases on initial signing with opportunity after the first year to renew for another 12 months, or convert to a month-to-month tenancy. Security Deposits are equal to 1-months rent price and are refundable upon move out.
Yes. In addition to the storage available in each unit, we offer spacious 5' x 8' storage lockers on the first level of the each building. We have a limited number of these available and they are perfect to fit bikes, kayaks, and many other storage needs you may have. Rental prices for these range from $50-75 per month depending on size.
